Not at all! Fitness Kickboxing is designed for all experience levels. Our instructors teach proper technique from the ground up, and you'll progress at your own pace. Many of our members had never thrown a punch before their first class.
That's exactly why you're here! Fitness Kickboxing meets you where you are. You can modify any exercise to match your fitness level, and our instructors will help you find the right intensity. Everyone starts somewhere, and our community is incredibly supportive of all fitness journeys.
No sparring! Fitness Kickboxing focuses on striking heavy bags, pads, and partner drills where you hold equipment for each other. It's a non-contact workout that still delivers incredible results and teaches real techniques.
Most participants burn between 600-800 calories per 45-minute session, depending on intensity and body composition. The combination of cardio intervals, strength movements, and explosive striking makes it one of the most efficient calorie-burning workouts available.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows full range of motion. Bring a water bottle and a towel. You can wear athletic shoes or train barefoot—whichever you prefer. We provide all equipment (gloves, pads, bags).
Absolutely! With unlimited membership, you can attend as many classes as you want—up to 8 per week across our Monday-Thursday schedule. Many members come 2-4 times per week for optimal results and recovery.
